- A shaking sensation at particular road speeds.
- A concern about the balance of a stored or recently changed wheel set.
What affects your quote?
Ask for an itemized quote based on your vehicle and the work needed.
- Number and dimensions of the wheel-and-tire assemblies.

Common questions
Is balancing the same as wheel alignment?
No. Balancing addresses weight distribution around a wheel-and-tire assembly. Alignment concerns wheel angles. Describe your symptoms so the appropriate assessment can be discussed.
Will balancing fix every vibration?
No. Vibration can involve tire condition, damaged wheels or other vehicle components. An assessment should guide the work rather than assuming balancing is the only issue.
Does an on-rim seasonal change always need balancing?
The condition and behaviour of the set matter. Report any previous vibration and ask whether a balance check should be included with the changeover.
How much does tire balancing cost?
The number and size of the wheel-and-tire assemblies, removal and refitting, and any assessment or additional work affect the total. Call with your vehicle and wheel size, and say whether the wheels are on the car or loose. Ask what the balancing quote includes.
