Information in a service inquiry
The inquiry forms on the home page and contact page require your name, phone number, email address, service category and message. Vehicle details are optional and help the shop understand your request. Provide only information relevant to your inquiry, without payment-card information or identity documents.
Why the information is used
The shop uses your inquiry details to respond, clarify the service request and discuss a quote or appointment. Sending an inquiry allows the shop to contact you about that request. It does not confirm an appointment.
How an inquiry is processed
Website and email services process the message so it can reach the shop. A copy can remain in the shop’s email account and the systems used to handle the inquiry. If you prefer, you can call the shop instead of submitting the form.
Website operation and external links
The hosting service may record technical information about a visit, such as an IP address, browser information and requested pages, for website operation and security. The website may use necessary cookies for its functions. Links to Google Maps or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, connected through Site Kit, to understand website visits, clicks on phone links and successful inquiry form submissions. Our custom phone-link events record the page path and where the link appears. Our custom form-success events record a form identifier, whether the form is on the home or contact page, and a website-form source label. These custom event parameters do not include the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details or message entered in the inquiry form. Google Analytics may use cookies, and Google may receive information about your browser or device, the pages you visit and your IP address. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. A phone-link click does not establish that a call connected.
Your questions and requests
Contact the shop if you want to ask what information from an inquiry is held, correct an error, request deletion or ask the shop to stop following up on a request. Explain the inquiry and the contact details you used so it can be located. The shop can discuss what is possible, including any information that needs to be kept for a service or legal requirement.
